JouéClub’s takeover of Ludendo’s toy stores in France now open for comments

The French competition authority said it wants to explore whether any operators in the toy-retail sector might be interested in taking over some or all of the affected premises. JouéClub notified the deal following a decision by the Paris Commercial Court last year, as part of court-ordered liquidation proceedings to assign the assets to it.
