( May 14, 2019, 21:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: New research on federal antitrust class actions, conducted by the University of San Francisco School of Law and the Huntington National Bank, shows the "efficiency and effectiveness" of suits, the American Antitrust Institute said in a commentary it released in partnership with USF on the research paper. The data shows that settlements are reached in a "relatively short" time frame and the effectiveness of private enforcement in obtaining restitution for damages suffered by class members, AAI said.See document below....
