Comment: EU Commission's plan to fast-track trade deals may run into opposition

But countries such as Cyprus and France might be reluctant to support the plan for fear of losing their full control over negotiations and approval of trade deals.The EU's plans for a less burdensome trade policy might face opposition from member states reluctant to give up their veto power....
