New York City concession authority set to approve Altice-Cablevision with conditions

( May 5, 2016, 21:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: New York City's Franchise and Concession Review Committee plans to approve Altice's purchase of Cablevision at a May 11 meeting as long as the companies abide by conditions laid out by a state regulator, according to a committee draft resolution.
