( October 10, 2024, 21:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Democratic Federal Trade Commission member Alvaro M. Bedoya, joined by Democratic Chair Lina M. Khan and Commissioner Kelly Slaughter, issued a statement responding to comments by Republican Commissioners Andrew N. Ferguson and Melissa Holyoak, who concurred with the US Federal Trade Commission's released premerger notification form and final rule while noting differences.
