Huawei, US DOJ trade secret theft trial gets delayed another year

( January 20, 2023, 19:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Huawei and the US Department of Justice were granted another year-long delay in the DOJ’s case against the manufacturing company for alleged conspiracy to steal trade secrets, wire fraud, and obstruction of justice. The case, filed in the Western District of Washington at Seattle, is now scheduled to go to trial on Oct. 28, 2024, per an order from US District Judge Ricardo Martinez.See document below....
