( December 16, 2013, 20:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Apple, Nokia and Samsung have filed briefs detailing their final arguments to Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal over whether Samsung and its outside counsel - the law firm of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart and Sullivan - should be sanctioned for allegedly violating a protective order and sharing patent license terms between Apple and Nokia. While Samsung said the sanctions requested by Apple and Nokia are "grossly disproportionate" to the injuries they suffered, Apple and Nokia said sanctions that would impact Samsung's potental actions in its upcoming patent trial against Apple are warranted.Please see attached documents...
