​CCP gets Brazilian antitrust agency clearance to supply cement clinker to InterCement

InterCement is operating under an agreement under which it must notify the regulator of any deals, even if the transactions don't meet merger notification thresholds.The Brazilian antitrust authority today approved without remedies a deal under which clinker producer Companhia de Cimento de Paraiba, or CCP, will supply cement clinker to Brazilian cement company InterCement Brasil....
