T-Mobile files reply in support of arbitration in privacy case

( August 30, 2019, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: T-Mobile filed a reply in support of its motion to compel arbitration for customers' claims that the company violated federal privacy laws by collecting their geolocation data and selling it to data brokers without authorization, according to a motion filed with the court. T-Mobile says plaintiffs "indisputably assented" to its "valid and enforceable" terms and conditions requiring arbitration of their claims if they don't opt out.See document below....
