HiQ files opposition to LinkedIn's motion to dismiss 2017 injunction allowing scraping

HiQ says that LinkedIn has not presented any new evidence to warrant dissolution and that hiQ remains "one opportunity away" from being able to reactivate its business, thus it is in the public's best interest for the injunction to stay in place.See document below....
