NXP shares tendered to Qualcomm slip to 1.9 percent

( December 15, 2017, 16:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The proportion of outstanding shares in NXP Semiconductor tendered to Qualcomm has declined to 1.9 percent, the US chipmaker disclosed today. San Diego-based Qualcomm said it has extended the offer to 17:00, New York time, on Jan. 12. The company reiterated that it needs to receive at least 80 percent of NXP’s stock to meet the terms of its agreement to acquire the Dutch company.Full statement below....
