Judge grants motions to dismiss claims in Colorado surgical center antitrust suit, lets conspiracy claims against Centura stand

Martinez has granted motions to dismiss claims against a group of insurers alleging that they conspired to interfere with contracts and gain control of the Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
