Judge tosses privacy suit against Pandora Media

( September 7, 2012, 23:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US District Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong in Oakland has granted a motion to dismiss a privacy suit alleging that online music streaming service Pandora Media publicly disclosed users' personal music-rental and borrowing history without their consent in violation of Michigan’s Video Rental Privacy Act.
