Essilor-Luxottica receives New Zealand antitrust clearance

( September 5, 2017, 14:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The proposed merger of Essilor and Luxottica has received antitrust clearance from the New Zealand Commerce Commission, the commission said in a statement today. The commission considered the deal's impact on the markets for prescription lenses, frames, contact lenses and non-prescription sunglasses in its review.
