Judge grants preliminary approval to settlement in trespass case over Pokemon Go

The parties had revised the settlement to create a new channel for affected class members to complain directly to plaintiffs’ counsel for a curated review of any complaints raised by them as to Pokémon GO Points of Interest, and defense counsel will help coordinate that review.See document below....
