Car industry, environmental groups publish fuel-efficiency report

( September 5, 2017, 13:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An 18-month study conducted by Groupe PSA and environmental groups Transport and Environment and France Nature Environnement, as well as Bureau Veritas, revealed differences in fuel economy between diesel and gasoline cars. The study, published today, found that diesel vehicles consume 1.5 liters per 100 kilometers less than gasoline cars and that they aren't as sensitive to driving style as gasoline automobiles.
