Hong Kong publishers face 30-day trial for alleged cartel conduct, tribunal schedule shows

Lee Book, Commercial Press and Sino United Publishing are being sued by the city's antitrust regulator for alleged cartel behavior over the sale of textbooks, according to the specialist court's website. T.H. Lee Book's manager, Hui Chiu Ming, is also being sued for his role in the alleged arrangements. The Competition Commission filed the case in March 2020.
