​New Norwegian competition rules to take effect in July

( April 26, 2016, 09:25 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Norway is preparing for a new competition law, which is set to bring efficiency analysis in mergers into line with EU rules. The change will also see the establishment of a dedicated appeals board and new procedures for cartel settlements.
