Dutch Telecoms Regulator: Rejection of re-establishment retail regulation of fixed telephony

In its decision of 19 December 2008, OPTA tightened regulation of wholesale services from incumbent KPN, while removing regulation on retail services, but competitors allege that this regulation is not being implemented.
