Judge grants stipulated dismissal of claims in memory storage litigation

Rogers has granted the stipulated dismissal without prejudice of Netlist's and Smart Modular Technology’s claims against each other. The order resolves patent and antitrust litigation between the companies revolving around server and storage system memory products. Netlist had sued Smart Modular alleging that it failed to disclose a patent to the standards organization JEDEC and then engaged in sham litigation by suing Netlist for infringing on that essential patent. See document below....
