Comment: China’s NDRC shows its teeth in record fine on Qualcomm

In a statement, the NDRC said it has fined US chipmaker Qualcomm a total of 6.088 billion yuan ($975 million), or 8 percent of its annual revenues in 2013 in China, for its anti-competitive conduct following a 15-month investigation into its patent licensing practices....
