Indonesia relaxes foreign investment caps in 'positive' investment list

The list, issued as a presidential regulation to implement the omnibus job-creation law passed last year, outlines the government's priority business areas for foreign investment, specifically those that are capital- and labor-intensive, that use advanced technology, are categorized as pioneering industries, and that are oriented towards exports or research and development.
