FIFA, German football association see judgment on suspension of agents rules published

( April 11, 2024, 13:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Fédération Internationale de Football Association and the Deutscher Fussball-Bund have seen the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf release the text of an earlier ruling in which it rejected their attempt to overturn a suspension of their new rules on football agents. In the expedited ruling delivered last month, the court said that a lower court's injunction was valid until the end of the main proceedings at first instance.The court document is attached.
