TenneT can face damage claims from indirect customers over power outage, EU's top court says

The court handed down its verdict on the case referred by a Dutch court seeking clarification of whether under EU law companies can sue a grid operator over power shortages, even when they don’t have a direct contractual or physical relationship to it.
