Israel’s competition watchdog blocks 2Eat, Rest web merger

White, which is behind competitor 2Eat, has been blocked by Israel’s Antitrust Authority. The websites also offer apps, software hosting and booking services for diners. The watchdog concluded that both companies hold significant portions of the restaurant-review and booking markets.
