Plaintiffs in aluminum manipulation case ask judge to deny request for quick appeal

The judge has made a well-founded decision to reject a motion from Goldman Sachs and other defendants to dismiss the case, the plaintiffs said in a filing asking the judge to deny permission for a mid-case, or interlocutory, appeal.See document below....
