Plaintiffs in aluminum manipulation case ask judge to deny request for quick appeal

( May 5, 2015, 21:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Agfa, Eastman Kodak and other plaintiffs who have sued over an alleged scheme to manipulate the price of aluminum have asked US District Judge Katherine Forrest not to allow an immediate appeal of her March decision allowing their case to go forward.
