Pivovarna Laško Union-Davidov Hram deal gets conditional clearance in Slovenia

( January 3, 2023, 16:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Pivovarna Laško Union, a Slovenian brewer, has received conditional approval to acquire beverage wholesaler Davidov Hram, the national competition watchdog has said. The remedies include: the obligation to keep Davidov Hram separate for the duration of the corrective measures; to offer fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory commercial terms to those supplying beer to catering establishments; and to not terminate existing contracts without reason based on the contract or regulations.Press release follows in Slovenian....
