( February 7, 2014, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America has filed a motion for summary judgment in its favor concerning its case challenging the US Federal Trade Commission rule requiring pharmaceutical companies to report certain licensing transactions. PhRMA argues that Congress has intentionally withheld from the FTC the authority to make rules targeting certain industries and that the FTC failed to provide an adequate basis for its decision. See document below....
