( April 21, 2016, 16:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The South African Competition Commission has recommended that the Competition Tribunal conditionally clear plans by Mpact to acquire Remade. Mpact is active in the collection and purchase of recyclable paper. It also produces paper and plastic packaging products. Remade trades recyclable material. To overcome market-foreclosure concerns, the authority recommended that the deal should be approved on condition that the merged entity continues to supply competitors with recyclable paper and recyclable plastic.Full statement follows....
