Recyclable material merger should get conditional approval in South Africa, authority recommends

It also produces paper and plastic packaging products. Remade trades recyclable material. To overcome market-foreclosure concerns, the authority recommended that the deal should be approved on condition that the merged entity continues to supply competitors with recyclable paper and recyclable plastic.Full statement follows....
