Tyre-makers win UK appeal in rubber-cartel damage claim

By Lewis Crofts ( July 26, 2010, 10:07 GMT | Insight) -- A group of tyre-makers seeking damages from a rubber cartel has won an appeal ruling in a case brought by Dow against the jurisdiction of the English court. The Court of Appeal said that proceedings should not be stayed pending a parallel action in Italy.
