Holcim, Lafarge propose US divestitures to address antitrust concerns

( April 17, 2015, 13:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Building materials company Holcim and rival Lafarge on Friday further detailed the assets they propose to divest in order to address the US Federal Trade Commission's concerns over their planned merger. These proposed divestitures have been negotiated with the agency's staff, and remain subject to approval by the commission.
