Bosch sees end to German dominance-abuse probe over e-bike brakes

( September 12, 2024, 09:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A German antitrust probe into suspicions that Robert Bosch abused its market power in relation to a provider of e-bike anti-lock braking systems has been closed. The probe started after ABS provider Blubrake filed a complaint to the Italian competition authority. The German watchdog provided administrative assistance to its Italian counterpart, but in parallel to that, it also started its own probe into possible effects on the domestic market.
