​MIIT issues instructions on liberalizing wholesale prices of explosives for civilian use

( January 23, 2015, 05:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on Friday to arrange the implementation of the government decision to liberalize the wholesale prices of explosives for civilian use. The ministry calls for research work to follow up the market changes after the liberalization and increased security supervision to prevent illegal operations as a result of intense competition.
