Anti-corruption compliance important to firms to avoid prosecution, OECD report says

( September 23, 2020, 14:57 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Anti-corruption compliance programs exist in nearly all the corporations surveyed by the OECD, with 81 percent of companies saying they want to avoid prosecution and 89 percent saying they want to protect their reputations, the OECD said in a report titled "Corporate Anti-Corruption Compliance Drivers, Mechanisms, and Ideas for Change." The report said anti-corruption programs are also considered important because they are necessary to obtain government procurement contracts or to establish supply chain relationships with larger companies.Statement follows.  Please see attached report....
