UK Competition Authority: CC telecoms determinations published

( April 4, 2013, 16:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Competition Appeal Tribunal has published the Competition Commission's final determination on price controls in appeals by Sky/TalkTalk and BT against an Ofcom decision on how much Openreach, a division of BT Group, can charge communications providers for access to some of its wholesale telecoms services. The regulator found that it would be appropriate to reduce the prices of WLR, MPF and SMPF rental and key migration services.The full press release follows.
