UK horizontal block exemption regulations to enter into force on Jan. 1

( December 9, 2022, 10:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Two UK post-Brexit block exemption regulations will enter into force on at the beginning of 2023, the Competition and Markets Authority said in an update today. The two exemptions from antitrust restrictions on sales of goods and services between actual or potential competitors — one for research and development, and one for specialized deals — replace two retained EU exemptions, which are due to expire at the end of the year.Statement follows....
