Repsol faces Spanish probe over failure to comply with antitrust obligations

The CNMC had fined Repsol — as well as Cepsa and BP — for indirectly fixing retail prices, and thus restricting competition between its own filling stations and those of other operators. Repsol had until the end of 2018 to change its contracts in a way that the fuel-transfer price would meet objective criteria, the watchdog said.Statement follows (in Spanish). ...
