( April 9, 2019, 01:49 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Antimonopoly Bureau of China’s State Administration for Market Regulation has published for a simple case review the proposed acquisition by CETC Lishen Group of a 22.34 percent stake in motorcycle manufacturer China Jialing Industrial. Following the deal, Lishen will hold a combined 35.08 percent stake in Jialing Industrial.
