Opus Group's bid for Ovato Book Printing faces public merger review in Australia

In a market inquiries letter, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said it was seeking feedback on issues including the extent to which Ovato and/or Opus compete with companies including Amazon, or Ingram Group-owned Lighting Source. The ACCC has sought feedback on the merger proposal by June 3.
