Facebook says DC arguments don't support having jurisdiction over the company

The brief says the DC attorney general’s “aggressive and unfounded reputational attacks … are a transparent attempt to distract this court from the glaring lack of factual allegations to support the district’s legal claims and theories.”See document below....
