Chinese securities watchdog fines Era Rigorous Fund, individuals for trading irregularities

The commission said that qualified institutional or individual investors should invest no less than 1 million yuan in a single private equity in accordance with relevant provisions, but the total value of the fund shares sold by an affiliated company of Era Rigorous to an individual were only 300,000 yuan.
