​​CTS Eventim, Four Artists merger blocked by German regulator

The deal would have further strengthened CTS Eventim's market position. The authority is also conducting a dominance abuse probe into CTS Eventim's exclusivity contracts with organizers and advance booking offices, the Bundeskartellamt said.Statement follows in German....
