"As multiple courts have held while addressing materially identical claims, Plaintiffs’ allegations of harm from third-party misuse of Defendants’ services—including through sexual exploitation or abuse and CSAM—would treat Defendants as publishers of third-party content and are barred by Section 230," they said.See document below....
