Name.space doesn't have valid antitrust claims, ICANN says in domain name antitrust litigation

ICANN argues name.space hasn't presented any evidence of a conspiracy, ICANN cannot have monopoly power because it doesn't compete in the top level domain market, ICANN didn't engage in exclusionary conduct, and name.space failed to allege antitrust injury.See document below....
