Judge says Samsung likely worthy of sanctions in disclosure of patent agreements

After finding that Samsung likely improperly used information governed by a protective order in patent license negotiations with Ericsson and Nokia, Grewal is giving Samsung until Dec. 2 to argue why sanctions should not be imposed.Please see attached document...
