Judge says Samsung likely worthy of sanctions in disclosure of patent agreements

( November 11, 2013, 15:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal said sanctions against Samsung are likely warranted, after reviewing evidence of Samsung's alleged improper use of confidential details of Apple's patent licenses with Nokia and other tech companies.
