Google has zero compliance with evidence discovery, Arizona attorney general says in Android location privacy case

( February 11, 2021, 22:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Lawyers for Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich told a Superior Court judge in Phoenix that Google has failed to turn over any documents as evidence discovery since the state sued the search and advertising giant in 2019. "Google has produced zero documents in this litigation, and it refuses to do so," the attorney general said in a court filing. Google replied that it had produced a large volume of documents and depositions during Arizona's investigation, before litigation was filed. See document below....
