Mercedes-Benz had notified the transport ministry that the S350 model came equipped with a seven-speed transmission, but it in fact had a nine-speed transmission installed. Under the Automobile Management Act, the company could be fined a maximum 10 million won ($8,685) and relevant individuals could be sent to jail for one year....
