Korea Fair Trade Commission issues a correction order to fitness center over refunds

( April 10, 2015, 10:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Korea Fair Trade Commission issued a correction order and reported a fitness center in Seoul to the prosecutor’s office for cancelling a contract and not issuing a refund. A fitness center located in Seoul offered a Ju-Jitsu camp in Seoul and consumers entered into a contract with the fitness center for three months and paid 320,000 won ($292).
