Full decision in Ofgem information-sharing probe published

( July 26, 2019, 16:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: UK energy regulator Ofgem has published the full decision of its competition probe against Energy suppliers E (Gas and Electricity), Economy Energy and consultancy firm Dyball Associates. In May the companies were fined 878,000 pounds (around $1.1 million) for breaching competition law, after the energy providers entered into an agreement not to target each other’s customers.
