Surescript's third-party subpoena in FTC lawsuit overbroad, competitor Weno Exchange says

Now Weno is seeking to quash the subpoena, calling it "overbroad." The 12-year period covered by the subpoena is too long, and "it seeks an overwhelming amount of proprietary commercial business information related to WENO's cost, pricing, business plans, strategy and other information that is highly confidential and sensitive and would afford anyone with access to such information a competitive business advantage," Weno said.
